Hi! I’m Julius, an international student from Frankfurt, Germany, and I’m excited to start this new chapter of my life in Sydney.

I’m friendly, open-minded, and easy to get along with. I enjoy meeting new people and would love to live in a house where everyone is respectful, welcoming, and enjoys a good atmosphere. I’m always happy to have a chat, cook together, or explore the city, but I also understand and respect everyone’s need for personal space.

I’m a clean, organized, and responsible person. I always pay my rent on time, keep shared areas tidy, and believe that good communication makes living together enjoyable for everyone.
