I know finding the right tenant can be stressful, so I wanted to share a little bit about my lifestyle. I am a very quiet, naturally introverted person, and definitely a bit of a homebody. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker, and I don't host parties or have guests over. Most of my free time is simply spent reading, studying, or quietly working on my computer at home, so you and the neighbors will probably barely notice I'm there. Since I spend so much of my time indoors, having a tidy and comfortable space is incredibly important to me. And I will always treat your property and furniture with a lot of care.
You also won't have to worry about reliability or constant maintenance requests. My tuition and living expenses are fully funded, ensuring rent will always be paid on time without delay. I’m really just looking for a stable, long-term place to call home while I finish my degree. I don't have pets, and I’m pretty self-sufficient, meaning I can easily handle small things around the house—like changing light bulbs or basic troubleshooting—without needing to bother you.
I would love to organize a viewing (or a virtual tour if possible!) whenever it suits your schedule. I am also more than happy to provide bank statements, my visa copy, or any references you might need to give you total peace of mind.
