Friendly & fun. Working part time, studying full time and wanting a place to call Home in between. I’m housebroken so cleanliness, neatness and homeliness will never be an issue. Just looking to live and not just exist in my new home :)
Hi, Sorry for the essay. I'm 23, work fulltime as a Nurse at the Prince Of Wales Hospital Randwick, I generally work weekends (0700-1930) and a night (1900-0730) in the week. I'm after a home for the next 6 months minimum. I pay rent on time and usually in advance. Lived in Australia (Mainly QLD) for quite a while, from the UK originally. Been living in Sydney for almost 3 years, have been at the same place the whole time, only need to move since my housemate is moving to the USA and putting his unit up for sale. I clean up after myself and do my share of housework and household duties but am not a super clean 'pretend it hasn't been lived in' OCD person. (I've heard some horror stories) I enjoy hiking, exploring the outdoors, specifically in the Royal National Park or the Blue Mountains! I also like messing around with my 4wd/motorbike (my last got nicked a few months ago) PC, or music / TV shows / movies. Also keen to do a bit of volunteer work in the future and have started going to the gym. People are generally fantastic, I love diversity, and get along with most people as long as they can put up with my slightly dry-sarcastic nature! Fixing things, (or failing to fix things then laughing about it) is one of my acquired skills, so am more than happy to take care of small things around the home, plus I'm pretty knowledgeable with technology and mechanics - could be a value added bonus, who knows. I don't quibble about petty things- not worth the time or stress. I would like to live with someone who is keen to socialize and have a laugh with from time to time, however I do like some quiet time and can respect yours! I dislike passive-aggressive or judgmental personalities, I am quite relaxed in most aspects of my personal life, and don't stress about much! I enjoy casual beers in the evening, but don't smoke or get wasted/take drugs. Must haves would be; a decent person for a housemate, no inside smoking, internal laundry, space for a desk, own bathroom, off street car parking, usually service my car myself- so a place to store tools/equipment would be awesome. Many of my friends are in QLD so I'd prefer a housemate who isn't going to go psycho if a mate comes to stay for a weekend once in a blue moon (so just a decent person generally).. Feel free to contact me if I sound okay! :) Cheers, Alex
Hey, hi! I'm Sophia and I will be starting my first year at National Art School in 2018 and am looking for a place to live! I'm patient, adaptable, considerate and easy-going. Please message me with any questions you have and hope you're having a good day/night!
Heyy... I'm an international student who finished my underdgrad in Atlanta, USA in Biomedical Engineering. Moved back for a year to Sri Lanka and now moving to Sydney for a masters. I love socializing out of the home and enjoy watching sports (basketball and rugby) with friends or going dancing. I am quite studious and like my lone/quiet time at home but do do like to have a cordial relationship with any flatmates. Look forward to chatting with any potential matchups :)

I am a PhD student from Amsterdam (The Netherlands), coming to Sydney for a short research visit. The first thing that brings me to Sydney is to study alcohol addiction and the brain. Another reason is that I have always loved to travel and I really wanted to experience living in another city. Being from Amsterdam originally, I love the city life and I am very much looking forward to experiencing being a Sydney-er for a little while. During the week, I will mostly be busy with my research, especially during the day. During nights and weekends, I enjoy cooking (especially Italian and Asian food), music, sports (football, tennis, watersports), watching films, drinking beer; the good things in life. I easily adapt to other people and I hope to meet some nice people from other parts of the world. Other people make me happy and they often tell me the same :-)

G'day guys! My name's Pete and I'm a humble Queenslander about to make the move down to the big smoke for a new job. I'm 24 years old, single and just beginning my career in the big bad world of urban planning. Aside from trying to fix the world, you can usually find me hanging out at hipster cafes, wandering around taking photos or planning my next trip overseas. I've been lucky enough to visit 28 countries so far and I got to live in Stockholm, Sweden for a year during uni. I'm all about meeting people from all walks of life and expanding my worldview, so I'm pretty excited to make the move to the global melting pot that is Sydney. I'm pretty introverted around the house so I'll usually wander off to my room after a big day, however I'm always keen to socialise with housemates in the lounge or kitchen. I'm definitely not one to throw parties or have people over non-stop - housemate dinners or small gatherings are more my speed. I've spent the last 7 or 8 years out of home living in various share houses too so I'd like to think I've learnt good housemate etiquette by now. If possible I'd like to find a place with other young professionals or full-time workers, but I'm open to other arrangements too!
Hi. Im an Executive Chef in Surry Hills. A restaurant called Longrain. I am looking at moving in the new year and would like to live in a share house. As a chef I work late most nights. You would have the house to yourself a lot. I also consult for a kitchen in Tokyo, I'm there 4 times a year. I'm divorced. it was an amicable separation and we are still friends. I co-parent my 2 year old son. (he is a joy to be around). He loves dogs. I'm allergic to cats. I'm neat and tidy. I also believe its best to hire a cleaner to save any major stress. I'm looking for a 3 bedroom house so I can have 2 and share with one other flatmate. (a room with a large sunroom attached would also suffice.) Only female flatmates for my son's sake. I currently live in a share situation with a student. She leaves at end of term. I have enough furniture to fill a 2 bdrm place already. I would prefer to live with another professional, responsible, clean and tidy person. If you would like to talk more call me or message here.
Hi! My name is Susie all the way from England, currently living in Sydney and working my arse off,but I like to enjoy my days/nights off! Im into fitness, reading, a good netflix series aswell as sharing a meal with some fab people. Ill do my dishes and keep tidy but Im not a neat freak.
Couple from Norway moving to Sydney to study. We are going to UNSW. I would describe us enjoyable people with good manners. We work out and go on hikes in our spare time with the occasional attendance to sosial events. We like to keep our personal space nice and tidy, and spend the most of our time studying. We are very outgoing and love to meet new people. For fun we like to explore new things, go to the movies, work out, play volleyball and socialize.
My partner James and I are young professionals, 23 and 24, currently living in Kensington. I'm American and work as a teacher while studying for my master's, and he is a Kiwi in management consulting. Our favorite things to do at home are playing board/card games and cooking dinner together. We'd love a house where we are friends with the roommates and can go for walks or hikes together, out for meals, or just settle in for movies. We've both lived with flatmates for the past several years, though, and have always gotten along well whether as close friends or just respectful neighbors. James travels weekly so is only around on weekends, and I work mostly afternoons and evenings.
Hey there! I am from Canada and my friend Casey is Australian. We're both working full time and are very social and respectful. We are active and easy to get a long with! Looking for a share room!
Hey! I'm Mexican Architect. I will be moving to Australia next year to do a master degree UNSW. I'm also planning to work part time. I'm a very easy going person who likes to go out and relax during the weekends. On the other hand I consider myself to be a responsible, clean, organized, and tidy person. I like to exercise every day, I practice yoga and box; I enjoy running, and I want to start surfing.
