My wife and I are immigrating to Australia and looking for a furnished accommodation with a private room with ensuite bathroom. Since we need to find a job and enroll some courses, we prefer a place where is located near the public transportation especially train stations. we will arrive on 19 Nov and prefer to join another couple who are friendly and nice. however, is it OK to share a house with one or two females.
Fun, Friendly, Outgoing, Clean and respectful housemates :) Recently moved over from Ireland and we are looking for a room in a share house or teaming up with someone for a house. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested.
I'm a PhD student at UNSW and work as a private tutor and teach at uni. I'm a pretty relaxed and low maintenance flatmate. With the little time I have free, I like to go see live bands, go to the movies and cook.
Hi, a Swedish dude here looking to become your new flatmate! Looking for a clean place with a private room and with some fun and social ppl to share it with! (Not a shared room to be clear.) (Optionally, I'm looking for a flat with 2 private rooms available for me and a likeminded friend for around the same budget. He's a 24 y/o British guy who used to be a chef in a French restaurant for years. Tidy, heaps fun, not scared by the mop and cooks amazing food when he's not doing yoga or outdoor activities!) I've been working with sales for the past months with HelloFresh, and whenever I'm not working there's nothing better than slacking at the beach, getting a workout in or just play master chef in the kitchen with a beer or two! Absolutely love to cook, love games and listening to good tunes, do some activity or simply watch a movie. I'm a non-smoker, non-messy and a house trained guy that offers to share a tasty box of HelloFresh and to even cook if for you!! If it sounds interesting then fling me a text/email/letter pigeon and I'll get back to you asap!:D Cheers
I'm a young architect working full-time in Sydney, clean, respectful, easy going and with lots of good energy! :D
I'm a French business school student here in Sydney for an internship until late November (maybe more), looking for a private room around the CBD I'm very flexible, open-minded, always ready to have fun and party but demanding in terms of cleanliness. I'm very clean and seeking mates with same standards I'm a smoker, but I won't smoke at home if my flatmates are non smokers I like to do sports and would really like to get to know my flatmates and have dinners and drinks together
Hi everyone, my name is Lynette and I am 20 year old university student. I am originally from Melbourne but will be in Sydney to complete a marketing internship for 10 weeks from November 2017 to February 2018. I am a very clean and organised person and take care to be respectful towards others. I am also friendly and love to meet new people, but also like to have my own space. For fun I love to have a laugh, read a great book or check out cafes.
Originally from Tassie, but now calling Sydney home for the last 2 years! About me: I work part time in retail, and I'm finishing my uni degree part time online. I like cheap wine, the beach, comedy and live music. I like to read books other than uni textbooks when I have the time and I spend way too much time browsing the available movies/tv shows on netflix but never actually commit to watching anything. I also really like to bake when I have the time and will happily share all my baked goods/creations with my house fam. I think I'm reasonably easy to live with! I am neat and tidy and respectful of others' space. I always pay rent and bills on time, and have lived in share houses on and off for the last 5 years so I'm down with cleaning up after myself and whatnot. I'm looking for somewhere that will feel somewhat homely, with relaxed housemates who are up for a laugh and occasionally like to hang out and have a quick chat or maybe even a more in depth conversation about the meaning of life. Most of the time though I'm happy just doing my own thing with my own routine.
I'm a Danish girl who just arrived to Sydney and therefore need a place to stay I'm going to work with a work-holiday visa and therefore won't have problems with paying rent ever. I'm social, happy and down-to-earth. I just graduated my political science major and am therefore taking a gap-year to travel around. So now I'm going to Sydney and I couldn't be more excited about it! I previously spend a year in the States so I'm used to move to unfamiliar places :) Anyways let me know if you could be interested in having me in your household! :) Cheers, Lærke
Hi all! I'm a 23-year old med student looking for short-term accommodation while undertaking a clinical placement in Sydney. I’ve been living in Sydney share-houses for the past 4 years, however I moved to Brisbane this year for a research project. My placement in Sydney spans from 16/10 - 10/11, so I’d ideally like to find a place that is available for these dates. I’m looking for a furnished private room (I’m not interested in share rooms at all), preferably with a private bathroom (although this is not essential). I have a car, so I will also need access to free parking. I'm also happy to pay the entire rent upfront if required :) I’d describe myself as a reliable housemate - I pay my bills on time, I’m very tidy and I’m always willing to contribute to house chores. I’m an outgoing individual and I get along with pretty much anybody. I love dogs (possibly more than anything in the world) however I’m allergic to cats, hence I wouldn’t be able to stay at a property with a cat. I’m quite active - when I’m not studying I’m either at the gym, cooking or at brunch. I wouldn’t describe myself as a party animal, but I do enjoy the occasional beer. I look forward to hearing from you :)
I am looking to find a female to share an apartment with me and my two pet cats. For this arrangement to work, my roommate would have to be an animal lover. A little about myself, I am 27 years old, Australian. I am very clean and organised, I spend most of my free time watching Netflix or going to the gym, however I do like to be social occasionally. I work fulltime as a payroll manager in the city, I also study part time online. I will be taking next semester off though to enjoy the summer. If you think i may be a potential good fit, please feel free to contact me.
I am a 19 year old from India but was in New York for few years, I'm chill and nice guy, i won't bother you much, i believe in mutual understanding and private space, I'm a amazing guitarist, looking forward to pursue bachelors of media in PR and to see Australian culture and day to day life style. I really need a place at the moment help this me out please!
I'm Brazilian student about to start PhD. I am very dedicated student, very quiet and extremely organized, so most of the time I'm studying and watching netflix. On weekends I like outdoors, beach and sports . Very easy-going, friendly and keen to make new friends and socialize as much as possible.
Hello, my name is Milos. I am a PhD researcher at UNSW (Electrical Engineering). I'm an easy going, friendly, respectful person who makes an effort to clean up after himself. Probably most of my time I will be spending in a lab.
I am a college student from the United States studying abroad October to December and am very interested in living with people my own age to really make the most of my time in Sydney. I will be working Monday through Friday but weekends will be free to travel, go out in the city, and to just experience all that Sydney has to offer. I love meeting new people and I consider myself an easygoing, friendly roommate. Please contact me ASAP if you think we might be a good fit!! 😁
Hi, I'm Gill I'm a tidy but very easygoing person, looking for some friendly people :) I work 6-7 days a week as a software engineer (trying to get that down to 5). In my spare time I'm doing an extra course at uni, going for a bike ride or going out with friends. I often keep to myself, but would definitely enjoy spending the occasional evening or weekend with housemates. Move date and length of stay are totally flexible.
I've just moved to Sydney from Ireland and work in advertising. I'm 28, gay and I'm a really considerate & a respectful housemate, that's fun to be around. I have worked in the advertising industry for 7 years in Ireland and I'm looking for similar opportunities here. Ideally, I would love to live with people where everyone gets on well, there's a great atmosphere and perhaps where we would even socialise together. I am a clean and tidy housemate and wouldn't make much noise around the house. In terms of interests, I like running to keep fit (i do half marathons every so often) and really love my music. I try go gigs and music festivals whenever I can so I'm looking forward to seeing what Australia has to offer. I'm looking for a place for up to a full year.
We are a Chilean couple, both engineers and here in Sydney with the Work & Holiday visa. We're looking for a private room and we're planning to stay around 1 or 2 months there. We love sports and outdoors life.
An open minded young professional, who's recently moved from Adelaide to Sydney to be working on one of the major projects in Sydney. Privacy and having my own space is essential but always open for having some drink with my house mate. Also, I really don't know what else to write, but I am happy to anwer your questions. :)
