Hey! I’m Ruben, I’m 20 and have been living in Perth for the past 18 months.

I work full time as a Sales Team Leader for Climasolar, where I’ve been for around a year and a half. I’ve got a stable job and a six-figure income, so I’m in a good position when it comes to keeping on top of rent and bills.

Outside of work I’m really into sport and play football, and I’m also big on the gym. I usually train early, so I’m more of a daytime person on weekends and generally keep things pretty chilled in the evenings.

I’m not a massive drinker, although I’m definitely up for the occasional night out or a few drinks for special occasions.

I’ve recently come back from a 4-week trip to England and moved out of my apartment in Yokine, so I’m currently staying with family in Ocean Reef while I look for somewhere new. Ideally, I’m looking for somewhere nice, clean and well-kept that I can properly settle into. Parking would also be a massive bonus.

I’m clean, respectful and pretty easy-going, and I’d be more than happy to come by, have a look around and meet everyone if the room is still available. I can also provide references from previous places I’ve stayed if needed.
