Hi! My name is Yejin Cho, I'm 21 years old, and I'm currently in Australia on a Working Holiday visa.

I'm looking for a place to stay for at least 3 months, ideally longer if it's a good fit. I'm currently job hunting, but I'm a full-time working holiday maker actively applying for jobs and I don't anticipate any issues covering rent — I have savings set aside to make sure I can pay on time regardless of when I start work.

I'm a clean, tidy, and reliable person by nature. I'm quiet, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces — I like to keep common areas neat and I'm considerate about noise. I don't smoke and I don't drink, so I'm looking for a calm and comfortable living environment.

I'll be purchasing a car soon, so a garage or covered parking spot is essential for me. This is one of my main requirements when looking for a place, so please let me know if garage parking is available.

I'm friendly but not overly social — I enjoy having my own space and time, while also being happy to chat and get along well with flatmates. I'm looking forward to settling into a comfortable home during my time in Australia!
