Hello,
I’m currently living on the Gold Coast and relocating to Brisbane due to a change in my personal circumstances. I’m looking for a stable, long-term home for myself, with my 5-year-old son staying with me every other weekend (approximately 4 days per month).

I receive Centrelink and Rent Assistance, along with income from my small business. I can provide identification, income statements, references and supporting documentation, and I have housing assistance available for upfront costs including bond and rent.

As I’m currently on the Gold Coast, travelling to Brisbane for multiple inspections can be difficult. If possible, I would greatly appreciate being able to pre-apply and provide my documents before attending the inspection. I’m happy to inspect the property as soon as possible before proceeding.
