Hi! I'm a 32-year-old Korean guy moving to Perth in October 2026 to study carpentry at TAFE.

I'll be studying English initially and then starting my carpentry course at TAFE. Outside of studying, I enjoy going to the gym, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, travelling, and exploring new places.
I'm looking for a clean and comfortable share house in Perth. I'm happy to socialize and get along with housemates, but I also respect everyone's personal time and space.
I'm a non-smoker, tidy, and reliable with rent and household responsibilities.
I'm looking for a place for around 3–4 months initially, although I'm open to staying longer if it's a good fit.
