Hi, I'm Pooya. Just back in Sydney after a year abroad on a posting at the Reserve Bank of Tonga, working in macroeconomic research. PhD in Political Economy from USyd, working as a data analyst and researcher.

Looking for a furnished room for 2-3 months while I settle back in and finish up some writing projects. Might extend if my next role is Sydney-based, but no fixed plan yet.

Quiet, tidy, reliable with rent. Weekdays are mostly job applications and writing, plus a daily run. Happy to chat over coffee but also give people their space.
