Hi, I'm Lovish, 22. I've just started as an AI lead at a organisation in Newstead, so I'm looking for somewhere within a reasonable commute of the city. I'm after a place to settle into for a year or more, not a stopgap while I look for something else.
How I actually live: I'm in the office four days a week, and I spend most Fridays and weekends at my desk building software projects of my own. So I'm home a decent amount, but I'm quiet when I am, headphones on, door open, not much noise coming out of my room.
I clean as I go, my dishes get done the same day, and rent and bills are paid on time without anyone having to chase me. I've lived out of home long enough to know that most sharehouse friction is just someone not doing the small stuff.
I'm not a hermit either. Happy to cook a big curry and share it, have a drink in the kitchen, watch something on a Sunday. I just don't need the house to be a social hub to feel at home, so I'll fit fine whether the household is close-knit or more independent.
What I'm looking for in flatmates: considerate about noise and shared spaces, and the kind of people who say something directly if there's an issue instead of letting it stew.
Feel free to message me with any questions, and I'm happy to come through for an inspection whenever suits.
