We are a couple who have recently relocated from the UK to Perth to begin our new roles as Emergency Department doctors at Joondalup Health Campus.
We both have secure 18-month employment contracts, with the option to extend, and intend to remain in Perth for the duration of our contracts. We are looking for a well-maintained two-bedroom home where we can settle for the long term.
We are responsible, clean and considerate tenants who take pride in looking after our home. We are quiet, reliable and financially secure, with stable professional employment.
As we have only recently arrived in Australia, we do not yet have an Australian rental history. However, we can provide our employment contracts, proof of income and references, as well as evidence of our previous UK rental history.
