Hugo Amanajás

Hi! I'm Hugo, a 34-year-old Brazilian studying English at ILSC Brisbane. I hold a Student Visa (subclass 500) valid until April 2027 and I work part-time, so I can provide proof of income and references.

I'm a civil engineer by background and I've been living independently for years, which means I cook, clean and take care of shared areas without being asked. I don't smoke, I don't have pets or children, and I keep things quiet during the week.

Outside of class I train at the gym, enjoy parks and hiking trails, cinema, cafes and restaurants. I'm sociable and happy to share a meal or a conversation, but I also respect other people's routines and privacy.

I'm looking for a clean, harmonious home where respect and cordiality come first. This isn't a short stay: I want somewhere I can settle into for at least 8 months, ideally close to public transport.

I arrive in Brisbane on 10 September and I'd rather take my time and find the right fit than rush into the first available room, so I'm aiming to move in by the end of September. I'm available to inspect in person from the day I land.
