My name is Josh, and I'm writing to apply for the rental property. I'm a 5th-year medical student at UNSW, currently on clinical placement at Sutherland Hospital, so I'm looking for a home base close by for the duration of my rotation.

I'm a quiet, low-maintenance tenant (up by 6am most days and in bed by 10pm unless I'm working) and keep a consistent, unobtrusive routine. I'm naturally sociable but tend to keep to myself simply due to how busy I am. I keep the property very clean, and since I mostly meal prep rather than cook elaborate meals, there's minimal wear on the kitchen.
Having grown up across Sri Lanka, Kenya, Jordan, and Bangladesh before settling in Australia, I'm used to adapting quickly.
