Yunge

Hi, my name is Yunge. I am a 29-year-old visiting researcher from China, and I will be visiting Monash University Clayton campus for one year.

I am looking for a suitable place to live near the Clayton campus, preferably from early September for about 12 months. I hope to find a place within about 2 km of the campus so that I can walk to Monash easily. I will be living by myself.

I am quiet, tidy, respectful and easy-going. I do not smoke, do not have pets, and only drink occasionally. I can cook for myself and will always keep the kitchen and shared areas clean after use. I may occasionally have friends visit during the day, but I will not host overnight guests or parties.

I am open to different types of accommodation, including a share house or homestay. A private bathroom would be preferred, but I am also flexible if the place is clean, safe and convenient for commuting to Monash.

After completing my one-year visit, I will return to China to continue my postdoctoral research. I hope to have a pleasant and meaningful year living in Australia.
