My name is Levi Thatcher, I’m a full-time builder in my early 40s. My routine is highly structured—I’m out by 6:00 AM and home around 4:30 PM, try to squeeze in a little exercise of an afternoon Monday to Friday.

This means I keep a very quiet, low-key schedule during the week, and on weekends I'm usually out on outdoor adventures or enjoying a few casual beers.

I’m naturally clean, respectful, and very easygoing.

I've live with other housemates and travelled a lot, so I completely understand the importance of respecting personal boundaries and property. I'm only moving because my current Burleigh landlord is renovating, I have a good rental history and a guarantee that rent is always paid on time.
