I am currently looking for a room in an entire property or a shared apartment, preferably clean and comfortable. I also have a female friend who will be moving from Sydney to Adelaide for work in September and is also looking for accommodation. We may rent separately, depending on availability.

We are both professionals, quiet, clean, tidy, and respectful of others. We value our living environment and always respect property, house rules, and neighbors. We do not smoke, do not host noisy parties, and prefer a quiet and clean living environment.

We are looking for a comfortable home and would be happy to rent long term if the property is suitable.
