I'm 19 years old, I'm from Cali, Colombia, I recently graduated at high school and I'm visiting Brisbane to study in an English for academic purposes course that lasts 6 months, from October to April, I'm going to work at least 24 hours a week and I will be also studying at evenings all week days, I'm a house person, I can do all house chores and I am also a good flatmate if I have to live with someone.

I'm looking for a room with furniture and house appliances, with a maximum budget of $250 weekly with all bills included, I don't mind a lot about of my flatmates since I will have to be more outside because of my work and studies, but I wish they are not Spanish speakers, since I came here with the goal of practicing my English with English speakers.
