Hey, I’m very interested in the house. I work away a lot, and when I’m home, I’m usually only there for a short period. My hours are generally 5am–6pm, and I’m mainly home on Sundays.

I work as a rigger/fitter and am a reliable, respectful, and responsible person. I’m very clean and tidy, take pride in looking after where I live, and would treat the property as if it were my own.

I do have two vehicles: a work car and a weekender that I use for travelling. Both are well maintained, and I would ensure they are parked responsibly and in accordance with any parking requirements. As I work long hours and spend a lot of time away, there would be minimal impact on the property or surrounding neighbours.

I’m very keen on the house and would really appreciate the opportunity to make it my home. Thanks!
