Hi! I’m David, originally from Canada and moving to Perth to start a new chapter.

I work in the architecture/BIM industry and will be looking for work once I arrive, while also working on some personal projects. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, exploring new cafés and restaurants, travelling, and checking out what the city has to offer. I’m also into sports and generally like having a good balance between work, staying active, and enjoying life.

I’m looking for a clean, comfortable and friendly place to live with respectful and easy-going people. I’m happy to socialise and have a chat or grab a drink occasionally, but I also respect everyone’s personal space and downtime. Ideally, I’m looking for a place where everyone communicates well and helps keep the home clean and relaxed.
