About Me & My Household
It is just myself and my gorgeous miniature poodle. She is completely apartment-trained, friendly, non-shedding, and doesn't bark.
I work and also volunteer in my spare time. I’m a quiet, respectful, and neat person who loves cooking, gardening, listening to music, and generally relaxing at home with my dog. I moved to Melbourne in January last year and fell in love with St Kilda, so I am strictly looking to settle in this area.
Property Requirements & Rent
Type: Entire 1-2 bedroom apartment (I am looking for my own space and not seeking a share house/flatmate arrangement).
Features: A balcony or outdoor space for potted plants/gardening is a major plus! Parking is not required.
Finances: I am self-funded and happy to pay rent in advance.
