Hello I'm Corey! It's my first time on this website, so I've made sure to organise everything below to the best of my ability! And I've made sure I gave good amounts of detail! If you have any questions let me know! Hopefully I can find some roommates on here! And thank you for taking the time to read my About Me!

--- Looking for ---

Room:
I'm looking for a place to stay for a year at minimum, I have dedicated a budget of 250 a week for rent, I'm a student and have been running off of youth allowance, which has been pretty stable!

I'd like a bathroom connected to my room as I like privacy but if that's not possible, all good! I would also really love room for a desk as I have a PC and I'll need a place to plug it in so I can continue my studies :)

I'd like to be able to store my stuff as well, if there's extra shelf space. Otherwise I can survive in pretty small rooms just as long as I can fit a bed and desk :)

Roommates:
I think having a good roommate/s is very important, and I personally would like to be able to know you/them! Doesn't have to be anything crazy but I'd just rather there not be nothing haha! I love the idea of teaming up and I'm very open to figuring out a plan for early Feb!

--- Plans and History ---

Plans:
I plan to stay for a year at minimum and maybe more! But I won't start predicting what I end up planning in the future! I'm mainly hoping for a guaranteed stay somewhere while I figure stuff out, I would like to move in with my friends at some point but if we don't end up making a plan you can count me in for another year! And if I do make plans with them or intend to leave I'll give you a few months advance :)

History:
I've been renting at a student accommodation with an equity scholarship and I need a place to stay as my contract is ending and I can't afford the full cost, haha!

--- Privacy ---

I am a strong believer in good privacy rules! I think for me a good rule would be if my door isn't open, a text message asking to come in, in case you need to or want to talk, or if I'm needed outside would be very helpful as knocking can startle me very easily haha.

--- Me ---
I love playing games, making art and writing! Currently I've been thinking up ideas for a little sci-fi narrative and separately a trading card game for me and my friends :)

I love chatting as well, I can be quite talkative from time to time! I enjoy talking about my favourite games and their lore or any ideas I've had for my side projects. I do enjoy talking about philosophy, politics and psychology too! As well as just talking about yourself, I love to get to know people! And I'd love to get to know who I'd be living with :D

ASD and Noise Levels:

I have ASD so I'm usually pretty quiet when I'm alone, and I love being alone it's very wonderful. I do talk to and play games with my friends a lot and sometimes I can be pretty loud. Though if that ends up being a problem I'm able to adjust my volume levels to better suit the household :)

From time to time I do need alone time away from people as I have ASD and I've also come a long way mental health wise, I feel very at peace with my life right now but I do still struggle a bit. :)

Studying:

I'm also currently studying a diploma of screen and media at RMIT, city campus! I want to be able to make games in the future and I'm taking a course pathway toward the Bachelor of Games!

Final/Extra Details:

If you ever need to talk about anything or issues within the share house I'd love to help make a comfortable space for everybody involved! :D
