We are four adults — two couples and long-time friends — currently looking to rent a property together in Brisbane.
We are looking for a two-bedroom apartment or unit where all four of us can be approved occupants and, ideally, all be included on the tenancy agreement.
We would ideally like to move in around 4 October, with a maximum budget of $800 per week.
We are looking for a property close to Brisbane CBD, or ideally within approximately 15–25 minutes by public transport. Areas such as West End, Highgate Hill, South Brisbane, East Brisbane, Woolloongabba, Kangaroo Point, Milton, Spring Hill, Auchenflower and surrounding suburbs would suit us well.
We are mainly looking for a simple, comfortable and well-maintained two-bedroom apartment or unit. We do not specifically need a luxury complex, swimming pool, gym or other building facilities.
All four of us currently hold valid Working Holiday visas (subclass 417), and we can provide our visa grant documents if required.
As we have recently arrived in Australia, we do not yet have Australian payslips. However, we can provide identification, proof of savings and available funds, previous employment documents, references, and any other supporting documents required for our application.
We are responsible, respectful and are looking for a comfortable home to share together. We are available for inspections and can move quickly if a suitable property becomes available.
We are contacting you to ask whether you currently manage, or expect to have available soon, any two-bedroom properties that could be suitable for four approved adult occupants within our budget.
