I’m on a Working Holiday Visa, working full‑time as a barista in Woollahra. My shift is roughly 6:30am – 3:00 pm, early starts every day.

I’m super clean, quiet, respectful and easy‑going. No parties, no loud noise. I keep my room & shared areas tidy at all times.

Looking for a room within 30 mins walking distance to Woollahra. Budget up to $300 pw including all bills.
