Hello,

I'm Thomas, a 35-year-old PhD student currently looking for somewhere to stay for 7-8 weeks in the early part of 2027, as I'll be taking up a temporary position as a Guest Researcher at Macquarie University.

I currently live in Stockholm, Sweden, and, as a PhD student, spend a great deal of my time working on various research projects. I imagine this will also be the case during my visit, so I'm seeking a quiet place with respectful, like-minded individual(s), where I can rest and relax after a hard day's work.

In my free time, I enjoy reading novels and playing guitar (no worries, it won't be coming with me!). I also spend a lot of time going to the theatre, cinema and concerts. I'm also really into sports, and would love to visit the SCG during my stay (a real bucket-list thing for me).

I'm a reserved, respectful, generally quiet but also amiable guy. I enjoy tidiness and would appreciate staying in a home where this is a priority. I'm looking to stay close to Macquarie as I'll spend a lot of time there during my stay.
