I work ALOT and I am looking for a long term spacious room to rent. my own bathroom would be nice but not a must.
It would be nice to find someone who owns their own property and who is looking to lease a room. As I am looking for a long term rental 12 months +
I plan on going back to Mackay every couple of months for a few weeks at a time so I can spend time with my mum. My working situation allows me to do this.
I currently have had my own rental for 14 years. Life is changing and I have different ideas now with wanting to go away regualrly.
I have lived on the Gold Coast for 30 years so I am a local and I love my job as a Nursing Assistant in Residentail Aged Care.
I am quiet and a very reponsible person. I have my own car.
I keep to myself when I am home. I also have a cat.
$400 including bills
$400 is my maximum
