Hi, my name is Nikon. I’m originally from the Philippines and currently living and working in Australia as a full-time FIFO worker.

I’m looking for a comfortable and clean place to call home. I’m a quiet, respectful and tidy tenant, and I always make sure to keep my room and shared areas clean. Because I work FIFO, I’m often away for work and when I’m home, I generally enjoy having a quiet and relaxed environment.

I’m currently working full-time and can provide recent payslips, employment contracts and other documents to show that I have a stable income and can comfortably meet the weekly rent. I’m also planning to continue my studies in the near future, so I’m looking for a place where I can settle in and have a good balance between work, study and home life.

I’m responsible with my rent, respectful of other people’s space and easy to communicate with. I would really appreciate the opportunity to view the room and hopefully become a reliable long-term tenant.
