Im a very easy going person, very sociable, clean and tidy, loving meeting new people and learning about new cultures. I like being active, hit the gym is always a plan for me. Hoping to find a place close to the city with gym facilities. Thanks
Hey, Brad here - I'm on the hunt to join a one or two-person sharehouse here in Brisbane! I'm 26 years old, currently working in the media (some interesting stories over dinner can be guaranteed!), and I've been renting alone for the past few years, but I'm ready to get back to meeting new people and creating a warm home with some friendly faces! Some of my personal interests include the round-ball style of football (I've done a few European football trips now), using my two feet to explore new areas of town (Personal record was 40,000 steps in a day in Paris!), and reading books in my spare time (My collection topped out at 150+ for a while there). And while I love interacting with new people and bonding over a good meal or a quiet drink, I'm also big on personal space. Having lived alone for a while, I've enjoyed a very quiet lifestyle for the past few years, and you can guarantee I'm not the kind of loud, obnoxious person who makes sharehousing the opposite of what it should be. Alas, I'd also be looking for housemates who share similar values - people who can easily interact with others, who value coming home to a friendly, relaxed vibe at the end of the day, and enjoy making each other's company. I'm only looking to share with professionals around the ages of 22-30 at this stage, and would like to stay around the inner-city areas of Brisbane, as I enjoy and value walking to work each day (I'd love to find a place no more than an hour's walking distance from the city centre, preferably). This also means I'd be looking for a place to store my car - off-street parking would be the preferred choice, but I'd be open to other options aswell. My moving date is flexible as I'm currently under a rental lease, but I'm looking to break it to return to sharehousing soon. It would be an advantage if there were a 2-4 week lead-in date to moving in, as I can then buy the real estate agents some extra time to find a new tenant for my existing property. Would love to hear from you if you have anything suitable - Unfortunately, I respond to messages on Flatmates only, so this is my best form of communication as opposed to text messaging or calling. I look forward to hearing from you really soon, and hopefully enjoying your company as a brand new flattie! Cheers!
Hi Flatmaters Need new place by 21st July 2018 (or earlier we if could arrange something) I'm a professional working full time at Brisbane Tech Park. Chasing a fully-furnished place with preferably bills inclusive of everything, Queen size bed (King is better of course) and a covered parking spot. Fast internet is extremely important! Need En-suite or own bathroom. *Don't mind unfurnished room/place if it's a pleasant place so to speak. Would only prefer to live with max 1 other person. I don't mind and have lived with both males and females - no dramas. Very clean, neat and considerate - not OCD level but hygiene and being tidy is important for me. Always pay bills on time - I could provide you reference (for both hygiene and payment-wise) from previous home owners I rented with. During weekdays I am mostly home only at night. On weekends I'm out for my league matches or have a day trip planned, I love to explore new places and go out for a drive. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *IMPORTANT* I LOVE my music, movies and enjoy powerful bass - have a home theatre system that I will bring with me so a place with good sound proof walls would be ideal. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Definitely not looking for a party house, but I like to play my music (till it becomes your favourite too). I also don't want to live with robots as I am easygoing, like to socialise, and enjoy having conversation over the meal. Regardless I respect the need of private space. End of the day I'm looking to know more people and make friends :) I cook often and need good pantry and fridge space for my food of course. Trying to live healthy but I do enjoy the odd glass of wine over the weekend. I enjoy sports (Football (soccer), futsal, touch footy, badminton) and I am trying to get fit, so if you are into sports and fitness that is a big plus. Say hi! Q
I'm fun, reliable, constantly clean up after myself, easy going, love a good chat but respectful of people's need for quiet and privacy, great cook, I smile often, easy going, great taste, positive outlook on life 😉 Oh and I have the cutest dog out!
Hi, I'm Sam. I'm a clean and sociable guy from Tasmania. I like basketball, gaming, watching shows, going to the gym, listening to music and hanging out with friends. I'm looking for an affordable share house with high speed internet and clean housemates to become friends with. Happy to team up with like-minded people, or join an existing share house. I have minimal belongings; car, bed, desk & pc. My ideal place would be walking distance to the supermarket and train station. I can move anytime before July 12th. I plan to do volunteer work while transitioning into either employment or study, depending on what my options are once I find a home.
Hi everyone! We are looking for a place in Brisbane for 6 months while we work and write our master's theses. Martin is from Germany and I am from the US. We are both studying right now in Munich and are really excited to get back to Australia, where we met! We enjoy hiking, biking, camping, fitness, beer drinking (of course), and are very chill and clean. We will be mostly focused on working/writing and traveling when we can. Both non-smokers and English speaking. Another friend would also be interested in staying in the same place. So if you have two rooms that would be great! We plan on staying from end of October to about mid-May. Looking forward to talking and learning about your flat!
What makes me great to live with you ask? Well...let me tell you. I'm a stand up bloke, 26 years old, Work as a Commercial Manager in the Construction Industry. I've just moved back to Brisbane after working in Perth for 3 years. I have a Commerce degree and am doing my MBA. I'm a social and outgoing person however will respect your privacy and I tend to do most of my socialising outside of the house. However am looking for folks who enjoy a drink or two after work and wont lock themselves in their room all the time. I am clean however not OCD. Interests are varied I'm into art, theatre and a bit of a book worm however love my sport (rugby and cricket) camping the beach, hiking and 4x4. I'm also a netflix / media fiend currently binge watching Handmaids Tale and Vikings. I travel a fair bit for work so you’ll be without my awesome company now and then. I’m currently in the process of selling my place in Perth and the plan is to buy before the end of the year. However I’m happy to commit to a stay of up to 6 months. I’m also interested in entire places with a few months left on the lease. Edit: I require a place with a carpark if it’s in a busy area. On quieter streets I am happy with street parking.

Hi! I'm Eden, a 20y/o student studying environmental science at UQ. I'm relaxed, easygoing, friendly, good with rent/bills, and like to keep everything reasonably tidy. I love meeting new people and am just looking for a welcoming place filled with lovely people to call home. I'll also mention I'm vegan but I'm 100% happy living with people who have different diet preferences, no worries at all. Feel free to message for a chat if you think I'd be a nice fit, I'd love to come check out your place! Thanks!

Hello all, Just recently got a job towards the east side of Brisbane and I'm looking for a place around the same area. I am originally from South Africa and also lived in Mauritius for 6 years. I have been in Brisbane now for over 17 years so I consider myself an aussie with the accent to match. I get along with others very easily and always interested to meet new people. I am a big fan of keeping a household clean and tidy, I believe it really contributes to a positive feeling and mood toward your surroundings. I mostly keep to myself but love to socialize and get out and about on weekends. I am the sporty type and have always maintained a healthy lifestyle however if the occasion calls for a celebration, hand me a drink! I consider myself to be a polite and respectful person and have lived in a few share houses so I'm well in tune with giving others space and privacy. It would be awesome to find like minded people!
I am very clean and friendly, I am great to get along with, easy going and don't mind having a chat, or even a couple drinks and dinner :) I am looking for the perfect place that i can feel at home and comfortable living with people similar to myself! I study at QUT at both KG AND GP around 3 days per week and work at garden city 3 days per week NOTE: if your listing includes a room with a built in wardrobe, a double bed, desk and chair, a ceiling fan and is priced around $175/week INCLUDING ALL BILLS: PLEASE MESSAGE ME!!! THANKS :)
Easy going, clean and respectful professional who travels frequently for work. Currently working full-time in the CBD so ideal place is to live close to work to minimise travel time. I do spend most of my time working so i would hardly be home and when i am, I tend keep to myself. Keen to find a responsible housemate that is clean, tidy and respectful of others privacy.
My name is Tara, I am soon to be 18 and a very friendly, easy going girl. As far as hobbies go; in my spare time i like to paint & spend time with friends. Im keen to have a close relationship with the people i live with, but also enjoy time to myself. I love cooking and am a big fan of all things music. Im all about friendly banter & i will be both working & studying in Brisbane. I am reliable, respectful & enjoy living in a tidy household.
Little bit about me: 26yr old, professional just moved to Brisbane for work. Kiwi, but been living in the USA the past 8 years for graduate school and work. Played basketball over there too so into sports, active, chill & tidy, looking for a place to land! I've got temporary accommodation currently but looking for a place more longer term. Let me know if you want to know anything else. Cheers.

Studying at QUT on exchange from the US from July to November. Computer Science major, like to go out, very social, listen to music a lot. Like to keep clean but not overly OCD about it. Hobbies include golf, boxing, lacrosse, gaming, hiking, going out, and anything along the lines of that. Looking mostly for other students but that's not a massive concern, just a bonus.
I'm an easy going person, very open minded. Love to cook! Pretty much a Vegetarian with the odd slip up. Clean and reliable. I'm a social person, pretty much always up for a chat! I am respectful of others space as I also like having my own space. Super chill, love the occasional deep conversation. Also love having family dinners, and the occasional drink. Looking for housemates that are relaxed and easy going. Just got back from traveling overseas for 7 months, trying to find some new hobbies and a full-time job. I recently spent 3 months living in an Ashram/Yoga Retreat, so I enjoy regular yoga and the yogi lifestyle. Before traveling I had been studying Nutrition part time, might be continuing late this year. Also looking to start a new share house! Keen on creating a really chill, fun, homey, and environmental conscious home. Would love to have a house or townhouse so I can start some veggie gardens. Let me know if you would like to team up. :) Looking forward to hearing from you!
Currently working casually & studying part time Aviation at Griffith. I've lived out of home now for 4 years & know what expected to keep the home clean/happy. I love travelling & have been overseas twice this year already. Preferably looking for an easy going home or housemate to team up with.
Hey I'm Nicole! I'm 22 years old and looking for a place to live at the start of August with 1 to 2 people. I work full-time so during the week I'm usually at work. I also enjoy a drink on the weekends and socialising! I do like my down time sometimes as working can get very tiring at times. I would like to live with people who also like to hang out, not just 'housemates'. I am also very clean, tidy and very reliable. :)
