I work in accounting. While I don't have a job lined up in Melbourne just yet, I have a healthy amount of savings to easily cover rent and expenses until I secure a role, which shouldn't take long.
I'm a fairly chill, clean, and reliable person. When I'm not working, I usually just hang out with friends, go to the gym or play video games, but I'm always happy for a chat or a casual drink around the house.
I'm looking for a furnished room for a 6–12 month lease. My budget is up to $400/week (ideally including bills, but flexible for the right place).
I'm bringing my car down initially, so a parking spot or an easy street parking area is appreciated, but definitely not a deal breaker.
