We're two Western Sydney University postgraduate students who have lived together for over six months in student accommodation. We both value our private time and keep our rooms clean and well-maintained. We both cook at home most days and clean the kitchen straight after. Our evenings are usually spent studying, cooking, or winding down.
I'm from the Philippines and Chenxi is from China. Most of our week we go to school. For fun, I love to sing and Chenxi loves to take care of her plants and do some exercising.
What we're looking for:
We're hoping to find a place with just the two of us, preferably, but we also don't mind a sharehouse with around 2-3 more people in or around Parramatta. Available from early to mid-november. Bills included please. 350 is our maximum budget.
