Noe and Abraham

Hi! We’re Noelia and Abraham, a Spanish couple moving to Perth in January 2027. We’ll arrive on the 8th of January and we’re looking for a comfortable place to call home during our time in Australia.

We’re both around 30, friendly, respectful, clean and easy-going. We enjoy meeting new people, having a chat and sharing a meal from time to time, but we also really value our own space and a peaceful home. We’re not looking for a party house — we’d love to find a relaxed and friendly place where everyone feels comfortable.

We both love cooking (and we’re pretty good at it! 😄), so you’ll definitely see us spending some time in the kitchen. We also love travelling, discovering new places, nature, good food and experiencing different cultures.

Noelia has a background in tourism and runs a tourism business in Spain. She’ll be studying English in Perth and working alongside her studies. Abraham has experience in construction and audiovisual work and will also be working in Australia.

We’ll both be in Australia on student visas valid until mid-October 2027, so we’re looking for somewhere we can settle in and feel at home rather than just a short-term place.

Something that is particularly important to us is taking good care of the place where we live. We own our apartment in Spain and we’ll actually be renting it out while we’re in Australia, so we completely understand what it means to trust someone else with your property. We know how we would want tenants to treat our home, and we would treat yours with exactly the same respect.

We’re responsible, tidy, reliable and used to looking after our own home. We’re happy to share with other people and would love to find flatmates who are friendly, respectful and easy to live with.

We’re looking for a room suitable for a couple from around 8 January 2027, ideally somewhere we can stay longer term.

Moving to Australia is a big adventure for us and we’re really excited to start this new chapter in Perth.
