Hi! My name is shino, I'm a 21 year-old guy from South Korea, arriving in Melbourne on October 12th on a Working Holiday Visa for a year.
I'm looking for a furnished room within the Melbourne CBD (VIC 3000).

I speak both Korean and English, So you won't have any trouble talking to me about house rules, bills, or anything else that comes up. If something's bothering me I'll say it politely, and I'm always open to hearing it from other people too.

Also I'm a very clean and tidy person, and keeping a home clean matters a lot to me. So whenever I use something, I clean it right away (like kitchen, stove, dishes, laundries..)

I'm a bright and friendly person. I also respect people's space and privacy when they need it. I'd love to live somewhere with a relaxed, chill vibe.
I was in a college of physical education in Korea, also I was a professional boxer in korea too.
I'm really into sports, especially boxing and skateboarding
So I'm going to look for a boxing gym and a skate park in CBD.

What I'm looking for
- A Furnished room in the CBD (VIC 3000)
- Maximum $250/week (bills included)
