Hi, I’m Joshua, a 22-year-old Mechanical Engineering student at Edith Cowan University. I also work casually at IGA on Preston Street alongside my studies.
I’m easy-going, respectful and generally quiet. I enjoy having my own space but am also friendly and comfortable living with others. Between university and work, I keep a fairly structured routine and am looking for a comfortable, stable place to live. I’m considerate of shared spaces and would like to live in a relaxed and respectful household.
