My name is Mino, I’m 22 years old and I’m from Germany. I’m currently studying Mechanical Engineering and will be spending a semester at Southern Cross University on a scholarship.

I’m looking for a nice place to stay on the Gold Coast, and your listing caught my eye! I’m an open-minded, easygoing person who enjoys socialising, meeting new people and spending time with others, so I’d love to live in a friendly and welcoming household.

I’m also respectful, tidy and considerate of other people’s space.

Since I’m coming from overseas for just one semester, I’m looking for a furnished room with at least a bed, a wardrobe and a desk, as I won’t be bringing any furniture with me. I’ll be staying in Australia for approximately six months before returning to Germany, so I’m looking for accommodation for that period.

I’d love to arrange a viewing sometime this week if possible, as I’m hoping to find a place and get everything sorted as soon as possible.
