Troy

Hi! I’m Troy, a 21-year-old student from London, coming to Brisbane for a research placement at QIMR Berghofer in Herston as part of my MSci in Neuroscience with Psychology. I’ll be working on the genetics of Alzheimer’s disease, and I’m arriving at the start of November for around ten months.

I’m tidy, considerate and easy to live with. I’ll be at QIMR during the week, so I keep fairly regular hours, and I’m always up for a chat but respect people’s space too. Outside of work I like going to the gym, reading, cooking and I’m looking forward to exploring Brisbane. I'm a non-smoker and rarely drink alcohol.

I’m looking for a room in or near Herston, Kelvin Grove, Red Hill or Spring Hill, in a friendly, relaxed household. I’m in London at the moment, so I’m happy to video call to see the room and meet everyone, and can provide references.
