I’m an incoming student at Monash University in feb 2027, originally from Korea. I’ve also lived in the US for a few years!
I have four years of experience living in a dormitory (without any issues!) and I always keep shared spaces clean and tidy. I’m a considerate and respectful person who values others’ privacy and makes an effort to maintain a comfortable and pleasant living environment for everyone.
My top priority is the location! I would like to live close to Monash University, especially within walking distance of the Monash Bus Loop. My weekly budget is around $300–$400.
My preferred stay is from February 20 to June 30, 2027 (approximately 19 weeks).
I would really appreciate it if you could let me know about any suitable accommodation options, including availability, weekly rent, and any minimum-stay requirements.
