My name’s Ayzhia and I’m 23, female, and looking for a place local to Redlands. I’ve worked full-time in Insurance for 3.5 years, but outside of work I keep myself occupied by seeing friends and family, going on walks, gym, and relaxing at home. I’m happy to have a nice chat when running into housemates in shared spaces but do enjoy to keep to myself and respect people’s spaces. I always keep shared spaces clean and tidy, generally quiet and considerate, pay bills on time, and respectful of others.
