Hey! I'm 37, working full-time and looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home around Scarborough or the surrounding suburbs.

I'm easygoing, respectful, clean and considerate of other people's space. I enjoy keeping active, going to the gym, getting outdoors, spending time with friends and being involved in my local church.

I have a little Jack Russell named Tako, who's an important part of my life, so finding somewhere dog-friendly is essential.

I'm pretty independent and enjoy a balance of socialising and having my own downtime. I'm not looking for a party house, just a relaxed, positive environment where everyone gets along, communicates well and respects each other's privacy.

Ideally, I'd love to share with one or two like-minded housemates who appreciate a tidy, comfortable home.
