I’m currently looking for a quality house share in the New Farm, Teneriffe and Newstead area (Im only looking in these areas due to my work being in New Farm).

I’m female (48) and long term self employed. I have been self employed since 2009. Even though I'm in my 40s, I'm more than happy to live with younger people (I’m very young at heart, don’t have children and I don't feel 48 unless reminded :)

Current budget is up to $550 per week and $1100 bond.

I have multiple streams of income from professional pet sitting/dog walking, digital marketing/web development and have just started a new Self Employment Program re. an online musicology business I am setting up, which is my ultimate passion. I am also a new aspiring musician, though I wouldn’t annoy you with singing, guitar etc as I will keep this out of the home and attend local lessons.

I would love somewhere light and homely. I work from home occasionally (twice a week max) but primarily work from a co-working space at New Farm most of the week. I also spend a lot of time out and about, looking after pets and dog walking. I also house sit from time to time, so its likely I will be away a couple of weeks a month (sometimes more over the holiday period).

I work hard, so do need my own space. However, I'm also very friendly, sociable and easy going.

In my spare time I love music (my ultimate passion), hanging out at coffee shops, walking, socialising and just generally enjoying life.

Im not a big drinker but occasionally like a glass of wine or two.

Not wanting a party house, nor noisy neighbours.

Im clean, tidy and respectful of other peoples personal space.

I can also provide excellent references from past house shares and professional housesitting, which I have been doing for nearly a decade.
