Pro-active in doing my share to keep house and yard clean and tidy .

I try to keep my electricity and water usage to a minimum to keep the bills down.

I have my own mobile broadband internet account / computer /tv /cooking equipment / crockery cutlery etc./ bedroom furniture / so dont need anything supplied but flexible if you prefer to use yours or dont have extra space.

I have been in my current residence in Gailes for approximately four years renting directly through the property owner who has supplied me with a good reference.

Reason for leaving is he has recently moved back in and needs the room for his family and also wants to do some renovations on the house.

My current employment situation is working in warehousing and distribution work hours are 2pm till 10pm monday to friday

Looking for a place within 30 minutes drive from berrinba my work location.
