I'm usually the cleanest person in the house and bills are always paid.

I'm the typical IT/accountant type guy who is trialing retirement but needs to retain access to Wynnum (parent in nursing home) and access to Cleveland train line as I know I'll be tempted back for another contract at some stage .... erm ... maybe.

For background, I'm currently renting a 2 bed apartment (owned a house previously) but want to be somewhere with a/c before summer starts. Given I'm going to move, I'd rather move into a house with 1 other responsible person and have some company (occasional chat, rather than new best friend) than to have a unit by myself. I'm thinking in terms of one of the 4 bed / 2 garage houses whose layout allows some separation.
