I am a very quiet guy and tend to keep to myself.I read a lot and spend a lot of time on my computer. I am a tidy and clean person. I do not smoke nor take drugs.I rarely ever drink but never to excess and not very often. I dont have many if any visitors usually going to see my friends at their place.
I am happy to help with chores and i keep any communal areas very clean.
I am an animal lover and have 2 cats which i cant leave behind they are my responsibility. They are both desexed and had shots and are very well house trained. They have a scratching post they love to use. She is not a super cuddly cat and prefers her time alone usually under my bed. He is a super friendly and loving cat that will demand a pat. Both prefer to go outside for their toilet tho they are kitty litter trained. I like to put in either a cat flap in a door or in flyscreen of a window to give them access and this of course is replaced back to original when the time comes. They have never caused any damage to a house.
My bills get paid on time without being asked for and i am easy to get along with and talk to. Most of my time is spent either on my computer with headphones on so the noise does not affect anyone else or laying down in bed reading.
Tho i like my privacy i have nothing to hide and will answer any questions, i believe in openness with housemates as talking about any issues is much healthier than not dealing with it.
Would much prefer to find somewhere long term.

I do have some health issues which is why i am retired and living on a disability pension. I can look after myself
Ideally i would love a granny flat for myself. I have been on the waiting list for public housing for over 12 years with no end in sight so if i can find the right place i would stay there until either somewhere became available or you want me out.
Even tho i would love a granny flat of my own i have lived in share houses for a long long time. I am comfortable living with others doing their own thing with the occasional meeting as we pass each other or even to sit around and have a chat.
And please everyone answer a message if someone sends one to you. Don't leave people wondering...
