I'm a young, quiet girl, working part time and studying online. I always clean up after myself and certainly like when other people clean up after themselves. I enjoy cooking (vegetarian) and baking, watching movies and painting. I rarely drink, only socially. I work with children, therefore by default must be somewhat responsible, at least enough to keep children alive. I definitely like my own space, but also like to socialise when comfortable. I really don't know what else makes me"great to live with", but feel free to ask questions.
This is a large sized room with more than enough space for a queen bed, desk, full wardrobe and then some. You will also have your own full bathroom. There is built in aircon in the room but if that doesn't cut it, there's a small pool in the yard to cool down in. The house has a verandah, which is a nice spot to chill out in and the neighbourhood is very quiet. The kitchen is shared as well as a living room (but to be honest, I don't really use it as I have my own TV space). There are 3 rooms, however, I am leaving one as a spare room for storage.
