You would have your own ensuite. Rent is $245 bills not included, but bills are relatively low (about $480 for gas+energy every 3 months) because I very rarely use heating or aircon. Unlimited internet is $90, only one provider services the building so there aren’t really options there. There is one car space and I have a car, but on street parking is an option and I would be willing to take turns using the space. I have all the big stuff, couches fridge dining table. The washing machine belongs to my room mate who is moving out, but he may want to leave its that he doesn’t have to move it. The TV is his too and I wouldn’t plan on buying one personally because I don’t use it that much. I’m pretty tidy and especially like kitchen counters and floors to be kept clean. Super good location, in the thick of it but still in a quiet place. One block away from Urban Climb, 15 minute walk to cultural centre, easy bus/train access from there to most of the city. Two blocks from Saturday and Friday night markets. Complex has a small gym, a pool big enough for lap-swimming, and a cinema room. Room has spacious built in closet and air con. It is a non-smoking apartment and unfortunately I do not have approval for pets, although I would love to live with one. My current lease goes until next Feb, but I will almost certainly be wanting to extend for another year. Ideal move-in date September 2nd :)
