About the property
We are located close to everything in West End, between Hardgrave Road and Boundary Street. You can walk to the CBD or down to the river. We have handy public transport, almost outside the front door. The house has ducted reverse cycle aircon/heating, and fans, with lots of common spaces.
It is a fairly recently built house, so everything works well and it's well ventilated and comfortable. Rent includes electricity, gas and internet. It's not a flat rate, we've just calculated it so we don't freak when the bill comes and of course, is subject to the mighty Origin's whims.
We are looking for someone with a similar working/uni timetable, responsible, considerate, communally mindful, with clean habits and experienced in sharing a household.

About the flatmates
Patricia is a 50 something year old yoga teacher (with a past life in IT support) who loves travelling, art, theatre, and adventurous cooking.
Alexa is a late 20something year old pastry chef in the making, working at a swish restaurant in the CBD while studying to become a full fledged pastry chef. She has a baking gift, and during semester, our kitchen turns into a bakery. She's into acroyoga, matcha, all forms of probiotic fermentation and cross fit.
Thanut is a 30 something year old filmmaker and animator doing his PhD in animation, who loves reading, films, tennis and travelling.
We are not a party house, instead our house is our sanctuary, where we come to replenish our energies and feel at ease in a harmonious environment. We like to keep things clean, neat and uncluttered. Although we don't often cook together, we do enjoy having chats and sharing our daily lives with each other.
