I’m offering a spacious, fully furnished bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed. This centrally located apartment is just a short stroll from shops, cafes, and amenities, offering a unique blend of convenience and character in West End—a vibrant, eclectic inner-city suburb known for its multicultural charm and diverse food scene.
You’ll have your own private bathroom. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided, and there’s also a separate toilet just next to the bathroom for your exclusive use.
The apartment is equipped with reverse-cycle air conditioning that keeps the entire space comfortable year-round. The complex also features a generously sized outdoor swimming pool (approximately 17–19 metres long), perfect for a refreshing dip.
I'm a quiet and private person, and I'm looking for a housemate who shares similar values—someone who’s self-aware, clean, and respectful of shared spaces and noise levels. It’s important to me that we get along well, so I’d really appreciate someone who enjoys the occasional friendly chat while also valuing personal space.
