The north facing unit has city views and is very cosy, The rooms are well apart from each other and are located in opposite sides of the place, which is great for us to have our own space.

Your room has remote controlled ceiling fan, a stand up desk, double bed, etc. (as per photos).

The kitchen is well equipped and integrates with the living room, which is perfect for a chat while cooking after a day at work. This area is airconditioned, but I normally only use the aircon when there is a heatwave, otherwise, I rarely use it.

The balcony is big and over the years I have gathered a great amount of plans so it's a lovely place to have meals, relax in the hammock and enjoy the view.

You are welcome to use all appliances, and of course, the washing machine, but there's no drier.

There's some storage space in the individually locked garage where it's safe to lock your bike. If you have a car you can get free street parking, and you may be able to rent an extra garage space directly with the Real Estate.

The location is perfect: close to all amenities, Coles Wollies, Aldi, gyms, climbing gym, nice cafes, bookshops, opshops, library, restaurants, public transport.
Walk to the city, art gallery and to the riverside parks.

The neighbours are mostly families, all friendly and quiet.
