The property’s features include 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 1 lounge room, 1 kitchen and 1 linen closest. The room is very large with a queen bed, bed side table, built in desk, free standing clothes rack. With access to linen closet shared with the adjacent bedroom. There is a large window on one side and a ducted aircon vent in the ceiling. The rest of the house is fully furnished. The house is a gorgeous, renovated Queenslander just off from Main street. There are pubs, bus stops and cafes within a 2 min walk. The house backs on to a park and the front balcony catches a few city views. We have a big deck upstairs that hosts some gorgeous dinner parties and turns into a diy gin bar every now n again.
