The kitchen is modern and generously sized. The apartment is very quiet with no traffic noise. Whilst the Story Bridge Hotel is just down the road, barring an event the neighbourhood is very peaceful and relaxed. There is an underground car park available for $215. If you don't have a car I'm willing to decrease the rent to $205. There is air-conditioning, although it currently needs fixing. Bills aren't included in the rent, but typically work out to be about $15 a week when split 3 ways (unlimited internet).
