Sorry for the bad pics, the way the room is shaped makes for taking photos very awkward The house is located on main street in Kangaroo Point, so it's super easy to get to the valley, the little shopping centre down the road in Woolloongabba etc. Not to mention it is right across the road from the prettiest spot I Brisbane – kangaroo point cliffs. The downside to the location is that parking is limited and the room would best suit someone without a car, however you could get away with having one as the last guy did. The 2 guys who you will be living with are in their mid – late 20’s, who love a beer or cheeky smoke but who are also very focus on their uni and work hard at their jobs. The house has a very relaxed vibe, and is in that sweet spot of being a social house while not a party house – tough gig to find! Ideally looking for someone who is similar is character. the non negotiables are… must like to live in a clean space, have your shit together financially, and be respectful to those around you. Bond is 4 weeks rent – if you don’t have the whole bond I may be flexible but that entirely depends on your character. Looking for someone to move in as close to the 10/8/17 as possible.
