This 11 month old two bedroom two bathroom plus study nook apartment is a fantastic place to live. It's close to so many transport options (including the Gabba busway station) 3 minutes drive to Fortitude Valley and 5 minutes to the city. The whole apartment is air conditioned and the bedroom available is ensuited with a whole wall of mirrored internal wardrobes. We have a room available in our Queenslander House for $160 per week. Bills arn't included in this price however you would be looking at $185 per week (to give you an idea) if they would be included. That includes electricity, wifi and water. Nice size backyard and a large living room/ kitchen area. Room has air-con and built-in wardrobe. Fits a Queen Size bed easily (as seen in the picture). You will be sharing a bathroom but the bathroom is a really good size and not cramped at all. We do have a bed and draws available for you to use if you need them (only if you need them) Very close to public transport and of course, the Pineapple Hotel is literally in our backyard so no Uber home when you want to have more than a few drinks..
