All utilities and bills are included in the rent, including a complete kitchen (with pantry and dishwasher), all bathroom and bedroom linen, cleaning products, a heater, large TV, unlimited wifi and cleaning of the common areas each fortnight. We also have a Messenger house chat group between all housemates and one of the owners living upstairs - and this is great. Lots of laughter, shared meal &/or function invites, help getting groceries from the shops, updates on cleaning or maintenance needs, house notifications and many other types of shared group communications make this a place where you can belong. Living together with everyone harmoniously is the key :) An agreement is entered into on arrival, with vacation notification from either party being negotiated as either 1 week or more. It's close to so many transport options (including the Gabba busway station) 3 minutes drive to Fortitude Valley and 5 minutes to the city. The whole apartment is air conditioned and the bedroom available is ensuited with a whole wall of mirrored internal wardrobes. A lot of new apartments are popping up everywhere across Brisbane but these have thought of everything, they are more spacious than some and two people can live comfortably here.
