About the property
I’m looking for a flatmate to share this lovely space with! I work full-time (Mon–Fri), so during the week, I’m big on coming home to a calm, relaxing environment.
You’ll have your own bathroom all to yourself (guests use mine!), and we’ll split the bills 50/50. I’m often in and out with work and plans, so the week can be quite busy for me. One thing I’m clear on is that this definitely isn’t a party house. But I don’t mind having friends over occasionally, but will tend to use the rooftop to provide the same comfort to my housemates
I value my downtime and privacy, but I’m always up for a catch-up over a drink or a chat in the kitchen.
Ideally, I’m looking for a fellow professional with a similar schedule who appreciates a quiet, respectful home but is happy to be social and enjoys a chat
