About the property
You'll have your own bathroom (not ensuite, but my guests use mine) and we'll split the bills 50/50. I work full-time Monday to Friday and would ideally suit someone on a similar schedule. I value privacy and downtime during the week, so this isn’t a party house—but I do enjoy having friends over occasionally for a few drinks and a catch-up. I’m often in and out during the week due to work and other commitments, so it’s a fairly relaxed, respectful setup.
