Hey guys, we are an amazing share house and living in a beautiful old Queenslander, in one of Brisbane's best locations, Kangaroo Point - close to the city, Story Bridge, shopping center and little cafes as well as public transport (Wolloongabba bus, ferry etc.). The Kangaroo Point Cliffs are just a 5 minute walk away, overlooking the city along the river, providing a beautiful park to have a picnic, bike ride, run or go for some adventurous climbing. A bit about us: We are open- minded, sporty and outdoorsy people who are looking for someone to share our beautiful home and time with. We are students and workers who respect each others hours but still know how to have a great amount of fun. We enjoy each others company and the occasional glass of wine and dinner with friends on our beautiful veranda. Also not to forget is our beautiful dog Barney who makes each day just a little better. Hi guys and gals. Got 3 rooms for grabs in this unreal sharehouse. There is so much room in the lounge dining area that a pool will be taking pride of place somewhere in there, but we will still have plenty of room for big comfy sofas, a TV and dining. There are also 2 bathrooms in the apartment which is always handy. The room is quite large, with them all easily fitting a queen bed, and decent sized desk. They all have storage for days with big built in wardrobes. The best thing about them though is that they all have their own balcony with half decent views of the city! Not to shabby at all ☺ The house will come fully decked out with all my stuff to make living a breeze. That is to say all furniture, kitchen ware, whit goods etc will all be sorted and ready to go. Rooms will also come fully furnished with a desk chair, queen bed, linen, and wardrobe. The room available will start at $175/week inc all bills. So that’s internet, power, and water. 4 x 1 weeks rent is needed for bond. If you don’t have all the money straight away than I may be able to let you pay it off depending on the circumstance. If you Google where the Shafston hotel is that will give you a good idea of where the apartment is as it is just across the road. Hi, It is great living so close to the city and the river. A free ferry goes every half hour. Green surroundings with Mowbray park just a couple of minutes on foot. It is easy to get around on foot or bicycle. Kangaroo Point is a residential area of Brisbane and is close to many schools and universities. This two bedroom apartment is in a three story building and there are only 13 flats in total. There is no lift which is great for fitness as it is on the second floor. There is a pool. Cafes and grocery stores are conveniently within walking distance.
