It's a peaceful, quiet location, yet very close to the city! Access to public transport (buses and ferries) is excellent. IGA and Coles are also within walking distance. Sorry... No couples.
THE RENT -
$290 per week inclusive of expenses (which includes gas, electricity, wireless internet and yard maintenance). It is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, cupboard, desk and chair. The room also has air-conditioning and its own separate entrance with French doors.

About the flatmates
Currently there are two males and one female in the house. They are all mid 20’s to early 30’s. Two are from the UK and one is from Italy. They are all on WHV’s.. They work full time and are easy going. Hoping to find someone who also likes to live in a clean, comfortable home and a friendly environment. Sorry, no couples - only one tenant per room.
